PetSmart

I took my sweet girl Tiana to PetSmart for grooming and Aaliyah did such an AMAZING job! She was so kind, patient, and attentive to detail. Tiana came back looking beautiful, smelling fresh, and so happy. I can tell Aaliyah truly cares about the pets she works with. Thank you for making Tiana’s grooming experience such a positive one…we’ll definitely be back to see you again! 🐾💕

I have taken several different dogs to be groomed here. I try to give chances for better experiences but it just has not gotten any better. I was hoping to continue to go here bc it is close to my home. However I will not be going back. They do NOT follow instructions for the cut that I ask for. This is the third time they have completely disregarded what I’ve said. They shave parts of my schnauzer that should not be shaved and no he is not matted at all. He is very well cared for and brushed daily. First they shaved the bridge of his nose when I gave specific instructions not to and this time they completely shaved his eye brows OFF. It looks terrible and this is an expensive dog and for 75$ plus I feel like we should get what we pay for and ask for. I have tried repeatedly to be patient

The employee, Kitty, that waited on me was great. There was a line but he took time to say thoughtful words to each person in front of me. I had to get out of line and pick up something else, but he was efficient, caring, helpful

We take our dog here to be groomed. They did and awesome job very nice and friendly staff.

I have taken my German Shepherd to Petsmart for the past 7 years for grooming with no issues. If fact, he always came back excited and happy. The past two times I’ve picked up, he’s been extremely sad when I got him home, followed by diarrhea and vomiting, which usually last about a day. Safe to say something back there is stressing him out or making him sick. I will not be taking him back to any Petsmart.
