Our 2 Saint Bernards have been being groomed by Alexis at Pet Smart for almost two years now and they always come home looking, smelling, and feeling amazing ❤️ She is so patient with our giant lazy babies who like to pant and lay down all the time, so I’m sure it’s not easy! Thank you, Alexis for always taking great care of Charlie & Cocoa!

Grant and his assistant did a great job walking through a home we are thinking of purchasing. He pointed things out that I never even thought to think about inside and out. His expertise in home inspections is very much appreciated and we will be going through Integrity for future inspections and also recommending them to our friends. Thank you for giving us a great experience!

I visited this store yesterday with a friend that was purchasing a female betta. While we were browsing, I noticed 5-6 male bettas with horrible clamped fins and one floating on the bottom of the cup on its side. We felt disgusted by the condition of these poor fish and my friend suggested I try to save one since I have an empty cylcled tank I use as a quarantine tank. I decided I would try to save the one in the worst condition. I approached the counter and asked if I could take the fish at a discounted rate and they refused. It appparently against policy to discount a half dead fish to someone. She said that when they have a sick fish, they quarantine it and cannot sell it. Well why weren’t any of them in a quarantine tank? That condition didn’t happen overnight!

Extremely disappointed in this store! We have been looking for a Cockatiel where we live with no luck. My husband was traveling for work. Stopped in this location and inquired about the cockatiel they have. There were no associates available on the floor to assist. So he waited in line for 15 mins to ask if he could see the bird and get information. The manager on duty told him he can’t see it unless he is buying. I called and spoke to the manager was told you have to purchase the bird she will put it in a box so it doesn’t fly away but they do not have a room to visit with the bird prior to purchasing to make sure you like the bird and it’s a good fit. This is outrageous to me. The bird has been there for a long time and is even discounted. The manager told me also that I was the first pe

Be careful, they sell items that are not good, healthy, or doesn't work at all, for your pets. I found a flea and tick medication that has peppermint oil in it and the Alexa says that it can harm cats if they swallow it and it can cause skin irritation when on the skin. I talked to the staff and was told that there are products that they sell that can potentially be harmful. I was told that complaints have been made however corporate office chooses to continue to sell these items. Please before you buy something that could harm your fur baby check with your vet. Also a vet can get you flea meds that works better and is about $15 a vial.
