Their customer service sucks in the grooming section. Every now & then you may encounter someone nice on staff, but the store is much too high. Sometimes they do run sales if you can catch them.

Scheduled a grooming appointment for my male yorkie with Taliyah & she did a terrible job! She practically skinned my dog, left his face is uneven, & barely cut his nails. Also not understanding why she gave him a pink bow.

Went in for treats for my fur kiddo. I love PetSmart as they are always super helpful when I have questions and I love the prices on blue buffalo there as my fur kiddo is in his senior years. Thank you to the staff at this location always going above my expectations on customer service.

Ordered online for pickup in store. Forgot to add an item before checking out and a team member helped me to locate it quickly! Cashier was friendly and polite, checked me out then grab my online order. Smooth, friendly process all the way! (Noticed the "animals for sale" cages were very clean) Ordered a natural Flea and tick collar, Cat/kitten bells, Cat nail scissors and picked up the Cat fresh breath in store.

We absolutely love taking our little dog to Rylee R. at Petsmart! Rylee has been working with him since he was just a puppy, and it has been incredible to see how much he continues to grow in his grooming tolerance since starting with her. She is patient, kind, non-judgmental, and gives the best tips that we can practice at home with him to make every trip better! She provides amazing quality, and we wouldn’t take him to any other groomer. She always makes my little man look so cute!
