I've used these groomers before on a husky/chow I had and loved them! I recently took our German Shepherd to get groomed and chose the Valentine package since it was her first time. The groomer said she was perfectly behaved, however, the package included a perfume spray down, nail Dremel, and bandana. I picked her up and she had some fur tufts still hanging off her, no bandana and was definitely not sprayed. I was still charged the full 70$ (25$ add on) for the groom. If they couldn't complete what was purchased I would have rather them told me. The groomer was behind and had 2 more slot openings that if they had been taken, she would not have finished our pup

I actually like this PetSmart and our first grooming appointment was great with Mace. My dog definitely has had some matting issues but I have no problem paying extra. My visit yesterday felt rushed and once I got my doggy home I could tell it was. His beard is crooked and it seemed like it was just a shave down. I wasn’t expecting him to look like he was in a pageant but it’s obvious this was rushed and there was zero effort put forth. I will not be using the same groomer that’s for sure.

DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE! They do not know how to trim & groom based on a dog’s breed. They shaved my golden doodle down & he looks totally unrecognizable. We brought him in with no mats, he only needed a bath and a trim. Seriously not even convinced they gave him a bath. They are rude & everyone acts like they dislike their job. Then they charge you over $100. We will never be back.

This was the one in Canton. My dog got groomed there. My dog wasn't cooperating the whole time. The lady told me that she couldn't finish grooming him. The price went from $80 to $60 she said. I didn't pay attention to the bill and I was charged $70. She couldn't do his face or legs. I will never go back again. Now I always took my dogs to the Woodstock one. They are super nice. They don't charge if there matted a little. The Canton store charges $20. I will say the people who work at the Canton store were great. The groomers no.

We’ve been coming here for a couple years now and Bre is the absolute best!!! She is so attentive to detail and adores our sweet mini schnauzer! She does an incredible job every time! She even goes out of her way to call me when she has an earlier appointment time available. We are so happy to have found her and highly recommend her!
