PetSmart

I bought my kitty here 5 years ago. Her name is Jade. I like her. She is still alive. I bought fishies here 5 years ago. I don't remember any of their names. They are all dead.

My grooming appointment was canceled back-to-back due to staff call-outs. I understand that illness happens, but there was no backup plan, making scheduling unreliable. When I spoke with the manager, the response focused on not being able to control illness, and no solution was offered until I specifically requested to be booked with a different pet stylist. A discount was given after I asked for it, which I appreciate, but overall the experience felt dismissive and inconvenient.

When you book with petsmart be ready for the call when they cancel due to the inefficiency. They canceled 3 times in a row. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but I am moving my business to PETCO. NO STARS but one.

We needed to get our little man a backpack so we can socialize him. My daughter loved the design of this bag as well as the firmness of the body. Our baby man absolutely loves it and this is the 3rd backpack /carrier we have tried.

Ryan went way above and beyond, in helping me select the appropriate food, for my soon to be, foster dog. Best customer service! I will be back. Thank you for such a great experience!
