Placed an order for same day delivery. Order was accepted, however within an hour it was cancelled. Would not write a review if I was given a reason for the cancellation, but I wasn’t informed about why my order was cancelled. Either carry through or ask for a delay, or simply explain the issue. Simply canceling without explanation is just poor service.

They have a decent selection of pet products as well as a dog bathing area and a selection of furry friends for sale. I generally would recommend purchasing animals from shelters instead whenever possible, but the animals here do seem well taken care of, the facility is clean, and the staff is friendly. I also enjoy the seasonal selection of treats/toys/costumes for your animals.

Took my dog to be groomed when I picked her up, she still smelled and they wanted $85. After speaking with the manager\nAnd identifying the fact that she was supposed to get a bath Along with mail, trim, only But the main fact was, she was still smelly, which has happened several times Customer service is Is very poor and unprotectional in the Grooming department

Daughter poodle gets groomed here. The groomers are amazing and even all the other employees are amazing. Sit there and listen and talk to a 6 year old with a ton of questions.

Grooming was excellent. Samantha is great. However, I bought a elevated bed and one of the floor protectors was broken. I spoke to a store manager and asked if she could offer an suggestions on something to keep the piece from scratching my floor. He suggestion was to return it for a refund and then turned and walked away. I was stunned and upset on how uncaring and unhelpful she was. As I turned to get my dog from grooming, I noticed tennis balls. I purchased four tennis balls and it solved the issue. This in store #1731 @ 3pm est. If this is how you how you want you business represented, then you succeeded. However, if this isn't indicative of your store then I strongly recommend that more training is in order because she's training others to treat customers the same as her.
