Kiara has been Noah’s groomer for the past two years, and the experience has been wonderful from start to finish. Scheduling appointments is always seamless and stress-free. She treats Noah with genuine care and patience, and it truly shows in how comfortable he is with her. His grooming always looks fantastic — clean, well-styled, and exactly what we ask for every time. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend her!

We love our groomer, Kiara G! Our puppy Cathy is pretty anxious (especially around water), but Kiara has been so warm and gentle with her from the start. Cathy now actually relaxes in the bath! My husband and I feel completely at ease leaving our sweet pup in her care. Kiara does an amazing job every time – Cathy goes in a curly little mess and comes out beautifully groomed, with the exact length and shape we ask for. Kiara is not only talented but seems to really love what she does. Highly recommend!

This was one of the most disgusting and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had in a pet store. I purchased a bag of dog food that I later discovered was infested with maggots, flies, and eggs. This is not only appalling, but also a serious health and safety hazard for animals. When I brought this to the store’s attention, they did not show any care, concern, or accountability. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply refunded me. When I told them the product needed to be pulled from the shelf to protect other customers, I was told they “weren’t going to”, that they “don’t care”, and that “someone else will buy it.” This behavior is beyond unacceptable. It won’t let me add my little handsome baby’s pic on here for some reason, but I’d love to shoutout our groomer, her name is Kiara (G) I believe….She makes everything better… my anxiety, my fears to leave him behind. Panda boy loves her and he looks GREAT after a visit. Her communication and dedication to his comfort is heartwarming. Love her!!!
