We took puppy classes with Jim, and we loved Jim, his knowledge and expertise so much that we signed up for the next level! Jim has really made our puppy, Ham, such a better listener and taught her calming techniques that really come in handy with an excitable puppy. Jim is a kind professional and the dogs seem to instantly love him (and so do we!) We also do grooming with Danny, and we were a bit nervous after all the different stories you hear about chain grooming salons, but Danny is just as fantastic as Jim! Ham always looks and smells great, and we love her Pawgress report. We will continue with Danny for all her grooming, and hope to continue Ham through the training levels!

We recently moved to a new part of town and booking an appointment for our little Shihpoos to be groomed was on my long list of things to do. I did a search of some local places and made a couple of calls to try and get an appointment on the calendar. I noticed that the local Pet Smart had some pretty impressive reviews about their grooming team. In the world of dog owners (and we are fairly new to it) having dogs groomed at big chain stores is often discouraged. I decided to check pricing and availability anyway and was surprised to see there were available appointments on the same day (a Saturday!) Lauren was great with my girl! I know it was pretty busy / crazy in there when I went today but they stayed positive and were still very friendly. It did take about 3 hours today but it was a Sunday!

Everyone in the store was super helpful and cheerful Ronnie our clerk was amazing

This is a very well managed PetSmart...4 associates spoke to me unprompted to see If I needed assistance. Great customer service cannot be underrated. I highly recommend this store for all of your pet's needs. Friendly and helpful will always get my business.
