Stopped by PetSmart to get ready for our new puppy and honestly found everything we needed in one trip. Huge selection, super organized, and the staff was really helpful with recommendations instead of just pointing at shelves. They took time to answer our questions and made the whole process a lot less overwhelming for first-time setup. Great experience overall and definitely a go-to spot as our pup grows.

Don't go here if you want to buy a goldfish. My wife tried to buy two goldfish as a Christmas present for our 5-year-old, two days before Christmas. The lady would not sell her two goldfish because she wanted her to have a 20 gallon tank per goldfish! That's insane. They are goldfish! We are not adopting a child. Shouldn't have to fill out a form or have a background check. I have fostered a child. The government gave me a child but PetSmart won't give me a fish! If this is policy, PetSmart has lost its mind! We have a 5 gallon tank and would be willing to expand as they grow. We ended up getting some at another store, won't say where, and the fish are going to be just fine.

The store is great. We used the groomers for our Miniature American Eskimo and she came out looking really chopped up. Her fur looked terrible. They didn't do the sam sanitary trim or the nail trim. Our poor baby looked horrible. Unfortunately I can't remember the groomers name, but we will never take our little girl there ever again!!!

I’ve brought my dog in twice now, and both times they have had to refund us money because they were not able to complete it. I appreciate them refunding some of the money, but it is frustrating when they have my dog for four hours and he doesn’t even get a hair cut. If you have a dog that is nervous and may be wiggly, do not take them to get a cut here. They will be gone for hours with no hair to be cut.

Sydney was extremely helpful in fitting both of my weenie mixes with new harnesses. She definitely went above and beyond! We also take our puppies here for grooming and vet care. We have always been very satisfied!
