I took my Siberian Husky here two weeks ago, Klondike is a very calm dog and has been being groomed his entire life (he’s now 12). When the groomer put the little blue noose like leash around my dogs neck I felt uneasy about how tight it was. I asked her if they could just use the collar and leash and she told me “oh it’s fine”. Despite me feeling uncomfortable with it I trusted them and let them take him with their blue noose leash anyway. The reason I am calling this a noose leash is because it was a singular rope with a loop on one end that was wrapped around my dogs neck and was so tight it was choking him. I spoke to someone over the phone to schedule grooming appts for my yorkipoos. They listed off the options. I chose a “bath and trim.” I called the day before asking if I can bring my dogs in at 8:30A instead of 9A. I was told yes. I arrive for their appts at 8A. The woman at the desk, who later told me her name is Marianna, nastily tells me, “You can bring them in early but they won’t be seen until 9.” She then asks for an updated rabies vaccine. It turns out I accidentally showed her the expired one. Instead of her telling me that she grabs a coworker, Stephanie, I believe, to ensure she “isn’t blind.” She then asks what the service is. I say “bath and trim,” which is a service listed on their site, by the way. She states “it may be a bath and trim TO YOU, but . . .” It seems she’s one

Super bummed about the Halloween event today! It was supposed to be from 10-6pm and when we got there at around 12:40 there were no treats or bags or anything left. You’d think if there’s a big event, that is scheduled on a busy dog training day too, the store would make sure it’s able to handle the large volume but nope. No treats at the registers either like there usually is. Two stars because the employees are always nice when we shop there. The cashier told us they had to pull regular treats from the floor too, so maybe this is at the corporate level, but why have an event if you’re not going to be fully prepared?

I love the fact that my fur babies are well taken care of and the bath and grooming that Stephanie provides is above excellent in my book. Stephanie has always groomed my fur babies as I have asked but always has gone up and beyond my expectations that is why I will continue to bring my fur babies to Stephanie to care for in their bath and grooming. Thanks Stephanie your an Angel.

Been here a few time to take have my chihuahua’s nails trimmed. It was okay the first few times. One time, they made her bleed. I let it slide because it was a different person from who usually cuts her nails. Today, my dog wasn’t having it. She kept sitting down when the groomer tried getting her back legs, but the groomer was being very aggressive with my 9 pound chihuahua. She could have just let me know that my dog was moving too much, instead of handling it that way.
