I've never had a bad experience, store is well kept and convenient. The last time I went one of the cashiers gave me a coupon book for a bunch of stuff we were buying and it more than paid for itself on just that first visit. Excellent recommendation.

Huge shout out to Kurt and Nathan making our experience so good every visit. Knowledgeable, understanding and maintain an extremely clean store, well merchandised. I was sold a dead snail. I'm a first time "fish parent" and wanted to get a tank mate for my male betta fish. I've read online that pretty much a simple snail is the best mate in a 2 gal tank. When I went to the location, it wasn't busy at all but I couldn't find anyone to help me get a snail. I asked the lady at checkout to call someone for me. The lady that was called to assist me was very sassy, rude, and looked like she didn't even want to work here. I asked her a few questions regarding my aquarium and she kept brushing me off and kept answering me sarcastically. I asked for a mixed nertile snail. She went rummaging through the snail tank and all the snail shells were empty. She told me she'll just get me a black snail instead. She pulled out a snail that had a cracked shell and hole

They dined my service dog accusing me of making another account with a whole diffrence number! I asked them why they think i have another account they said it's a guess because she around the same age Even if one customer can't come back dosnt mean you should denie a whole other customer and accuse them And they wanted proof she was a service dog id appreciated if somone call me back The thing that shocked me is they gave me the other customer personal information!

Kurt deserves a special recognition. We had an incident with our cat carrier on the way from Reno to Denver. Needless to say we were in need of a new backpack for my cat before our next flight! I call petsmart and had the pleasure of talking to Kurt and gave him the run down of our situation. He was extremely helpful, he gathered a few different backpacks,harness and leashes options that we needed to buy and had them ready at the front desk for us when we got there! My cat is happy, we are happy and we are going to make our connecting flight with clean new things!! Thank you Kurt you are an absolute life saver!
