They do not provide satisfactory grooming services. Despite being given clear and specific instructions on multiple occasions, those instructions are consistently disregarded. My dog is repeatedly shaved without prior notification, even though we have explicitly requested that she remain fluffy. Each visit results in the same outcome, demonstrating a continued failure to follow client directions.

I normally don’t leave reviews however I feel obligated to leave one because of one of their employees named KC. This store is lucky to have him as an employee. I noticed he was friendly to everybody as soon as they walked in the door. My wife and I just adopted an 8 week old puppy and it has been an overwhelming experience at first however as I was checking out KC gave me some great advice and was very happy to do so. He’s an awesome guy and a phenomenal employee to that store.

The staff of friendly for the most part but some of them get irritated when you tell them they have a sick animal. I am very versed in reptiles. Particularly bearded dragons. They house the in unsanitary and unsafe conditions. I could go on for hours but I will leave 2 stars because I k kw moat staff aren't aware how how bad it actually is. Some do listen to advice and remove them when I show them. All I. All this is more against the company than any 1 store. Below was my shenron before he passed of gout from bad advice from these places. Itbwas heartbreaking. I hope someone can learn from this.

01/13/26 around 10am: To the lady working the fish department needs her attitude adjusted! We waited a good 5 minutes give or take no biggie..she comes out walk past me and I said hello, she did not acknowledge me. She stairs at the two men on the side of me and said who was here 1st. I spoke up, she still ignored me. She says it again with an attitude and throws her hands up and kind of bobbles her head. She got annoyed with my husband walking behind her. She had bad body language picked up the bag and marker goes to the other side of the podium. Then when I decided to leave, I was not going to tolerate poor quality customer service. I told her never mind, help the other guys and my family and I walked out.

Great staff and groomers. Always a positive experience.
