Looking for a specific item, and tried to order it online for store pickup. My online order didn't go thru so I called the store direct. The associate was very helpful on the phone and made sure my item was in stock before I made the 45 minute drive. When I arrived, the associate took me to the item (inflatable dog collar to be used after surgery) and even suggested another item (surgery suit) that would enhance the item I was purchasing. Together it was a success! Very helpful and friendly employees made our experience wonderful. Will definitely shop here again.

Took my dog there for bath, nails and teeth cleaning. The groomer was very professional and did a great job. All the other staff I interacted with were awesome and knowledgeable.

They are all so friendly. I prefer here to groom my dog because it seems everytime I go to their competition my girl comes home with fleas. She is always flea free and looking gorgeous when I pick her up! Highly recommend.

I got a cage from here for my bearded dragon. The Women and the man working here were super helpful. They were out of the cage I was looking for in the front and the man checked the back, found me one, and helped unload it off a palette and into my car. Thank you so much!

Jess was absolutely amazing—so helpful, thoughtful, and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. Jess has gone out of her way to help me and ensure that our cats are taken care of many times. Alissa was also wonderful and very attentive.
