Who doesn’t love PetSmart? I took my new baby Poppy there to get all of his essentials. The selection is huge, quality is great. Prices are great and the associates are awesome. Poppy loves his LSU shirt. While I was there, I looked into Banfield veterinary Hospital. Love the convenience and the plans are great thank you Dr. Tanner and his associates, Papi loves you guys.

Called three times to ask a simple question. The first call, the woman who answered ignored me (I could still hear her on the phone). The second call was answered with no greeting at all. On the third call, I called from a different number and a man answered and laughed/scoffed when I asked if you sell ants with a queen ant, responding as if the question was ridiculous before saying no. Very unprofessional customer service. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

Great store. They helped me get my furbaby into a last minute grooming appointment today. And had all the things I needed for him. I know the groomers will take good care of him.

I made my puppy an appointment online. Everything was easy process to do. I went in and was greeted so very sweet and polite. I got a full grooming done for my Shih Tzu. This was his first time getting a cut. Usually we just bathe him at home, but not cut him. But when we went to pick him up, his haircut was AWESOME! Exactly what I asked for! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Aliah F did an excellent job. Left is before, right is after.

Great visit to PetSmart on Airline Hwy — the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my pet’s needs. The store offers a good range of products, and checkout was quick and easy. A reliable go‑to for pet supplies and care!
