The manager Josh is the best manager I’ve ever dealt with.. he helped me and my grandmother out and was very informative on every product and even including some tips! He seems to understand the store and products very well. I will definitely be coming back just to have him help us out! Thanks again Josh!

Went in the other day to get information about the grooming services and Brittany helped me out. She was so amazing, helped me understand the pricing and the process of everything. Took my dog in with her and she made him feel at home, who ever is in charge of this girl just know she’s doing an amazing job, and she understood my story about other places and groomers that worked on my dog and his experience at other places traumatized him. I wish others were like her, I definitely recommend Brittany for which ever services you are looking for she even takes bath and brush dogs as well! Brittany if you see this thank you so much you’ve just earned a customer for life! Will be letting my neighbors and friends know about you as well.

If you get your animal groomed here just know that there is a person that works here that is not patient or kind to older dogs. We came in for a nail trim with 4 good legs and hobbled out with 3 legs and 1 non-weight bearing leg that lasted for 2- 1/2 wks! I've been coming here for a year and everything has been average but this last time has done it for me. Be careful with your babies at this place.

I've had my pet groomed here multiple times and typically had a great experience with my his groomers, until yesterday with Tori R. Terrible customer service and gaslighting when asked about the arbitrary $10 fee she added to our service because she claimed our pet was "distracted and would sit when she needed him to stand, etc," excuses that would never come from an experienced groomer. Her story was all over the place. It was apparent to me once, we saw our pup, she was covering her tracks by claiming he was "wiggly," by charging the fee to cover for her BUTCHER job of a haircut. Our pups hair is uneven and choppy and looks absolutely atrocious; his fur seemed unbrushed and his clippings were all over our clothes when we picked him up. I just took my dog Luna for grooming and Amanda did an amazing job with her cut and bath. She smelled good and her length was perfect. I will gladly be coming back (:
