The most wonderful pet store I have ever been in. Everyone was nice and helpful. Makes such a difference. Empty spot where my cat food was. She checked in the back and brought it out. They carry all the products I need. Even the little bird in the cage greeted me when I spoke to her. Definitely my new go to. Thank you.

I recently went in to look at the kitties that are up for adoption. Honestly the first time I walked into a big-box pet store and saw animals I felt kinda sad - but that was BEFORE I knew that Petsmart works with local rescue groups, AND those ARE the pets that are in there. :) Tyler was the one who was helping me - and he had great information about the rescue group and each of the cats. He said he was new - but he seemed to really know the ropes, and also REALLY care about the animals. I was actually greeted by staff when I entered and when I left too - I know I was there early in the day - but the store was clean and well stocked. It did look almost closed from the outside but I think they just have sun shields on the door. Definitely check them out - especially if you're looking to

I love this place and I’m always satisfied when I leave. Erica does a FANTASTIC job grooming my standard poodle. She is very attentive to detail and makes sure her nails. teeth ears are done. Of course it’s extra, but with the great service I’m getting it’s worth every penny! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I trust Erica with my pup. She’s awesome, caring and loves everyone’s puppies!

Recently took my 8 month old French bulldog for grooming and could not be more pleased. Brittany was so kind and attentive to my dog’s demeanor. Definitely will be going back!

Refused to groom my dog saying they didn’t have vaccination records when they did. Manager called when I complained then said they did have records but looked up wrong dog. They apologized. Second try charged extra (double) to cut dog nails because they said she was being difficult. Dog doesn’t like her nails cut which is why I take her to get them cut. North olmsted location and Elyria location do so with no issue and I have never been charged extra. Don’t not take your dogs to this Avon groomers. You will regret it.
