PetSmart is the best pet store shopping center in the business. I personally hope they stay the course and do not come up with some splendor idea like "petco" that has resulted in putting their business in the hole. Petsmart is our choice for fair value prices and most items are usually in stock, with the shelves nicely stocked unlike many other pet supply places. You can be assured that when you visit PetSmart, you'll be able to get exactly what you made the trip to get. You won't have to go to another place. That is why I will continue coming back A+. thank you very much for a great experiences At your store and I will highly recommend PetSmart for anyone's pet needs. Very friendly customer service, was able to answer all our questions. I did a online purchase order was ready for pick up very fast. All employees was nice and offered their help.

I had an appointment here on 11/25/25 for my Rottweiler puppy. We’ve been coming to this location for almost a year, and I’ve never had any issues until this visit. At our last appointment, the team recommended trying a calming treat since he’s a large, excited, intact male. I took that advice and let the staff know we were using it for this visit. My groomer this time was Macy C. I was already a bit concerned because her nails were extremely long and sharp, which made me question whether she could safely handle a large dog without accidentally hurting him. During the appointment, Macy called me three times back-to-back to come pick him up. When I arrived, she had only given him a bath—and he was still damp when she brought him out. Most of the staff is nice but Brandy didn’t want to help me even though she didn’t have anyone she was working with. She said there were “only a few of us” but the store was pretty much empty. Thankfully I was able to find another staff member that was able to help me.

Just had the best experience here. Michael was the cashier and was the most helpful professional employee. He reminded us about the app. The world needs more people like him.
