This pet sanctuary was very clean and we'll staffed upon arrival. The community conversation between customer and employees was very professional and highly recommended. I would go back any day of the year.

The grooming services is really bad here. The costumer services is terrible when me and my boyfriend walked in with our dogs they were very rude and had an attitude. First we had to reschedule one of ours dogs because the employee did not show up on the day of the appointment and then they didn’t have any more appointments available until next week, it’s fine not a big deal. When the appointments come up I told them one of my dogs are new to the household and it’s there first time getting a groom, obviously she was going to be nervous. Then one hour later they proceeded to call us to say they can’t do her because she was moving to much. But the funny part is that my dog let them cut her nails how does that makes sense. Glow is the best groomer we’ve had in a long time! She did amazing with our 15 month old puppy who can be a handful! Super appreciative of Glows demeanor and her willingness to spend time with Roxy and calm her down to clip her nails. Really good groomer!

I have been bringing my husky puppy Nova to this grooming twice now and they are amazing! Glow and Stacy were so sweet with him, I’ll definitely be coming back! Nova always comes back smelling wonderful and ready for a nap❤️

This is the crappiest place I’ve ever been. I’ve been to petsmarts all around this country. There’s no such thing as a call center, it’s customer service. Woman on the phone wouldn’t give her name and wouldn’t even let me speak. She said there’s no appointment for my dog when I called the same day. They canceled my appointment….how do you cancel my appointment that didn’t exist??? Worst petsmart of all time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Bad people
