PetSmart

I come here often. Everyone is kind and very helpful. Today the manager Candace went above and beyond to help my little man a frenchie during his grooming. She took time out of what she was doing to see if she could finish his grooming as he was giving the others a hard time. I truly appreciate her taking the time and being so kind.

It was a slow nightmare driving there. Also driving to leave. All streets jammed nearby. Never saw an accident. I saw signs in parking lot that say if you walk away from the area you will be towed. The store itself is in the rear so it was easy to get parking close to store. I went to this Petsmart because they were having a one day only promotion only at this Georgia store. They had adoptions for dogs on the outside. They had cat adoptions on the inside.

See photos. Booted car. Do not shop at the Ponce de Leon location. $75 for walking into the Pet Smart and then walking down the street to another shop. They have people in blue watching where you walk and boot your car if you walk out of the parking lot. Never will I go into another Pet Smart again or any other store in this complex. Enjoy my $75.

Tyler helped me find the perfect cat tower with incredible kindness. And he helped me find the food I needed. His co worker charlie worked hard to make sure the tower fit securely in my car. Exceptional service all around. Thanks y’all. My cats are loving their new tower! Dyana

This PetSmart has a great variety of pet supplies and staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their aquarium supplies are abundant and they seem to always have Nightcrawlers in stock, which is a surprisingly good flex. 🤔
