Was looking for a automatic dog water Dispenser, Order one from Walmart but it didn't have a plunger to release the water.it was a Lil messy. So took it back & went to see what they had on there shelf. But they only had one, but it had a week looking plunger. So I found a good size one at PetSmart with a spring loaded plunger. Just had to drop it in didn't have to twist to lock in place. Very pleased with it & shelf had a variety of them.

I highly recommend a dog grooming with Yessenia. She did an absolutely wonderful job with my shih tzu. She listened to what I wanted and she was very attentive and thorough and my fur baby came out looking like a princess! I'm a truck driver and I have to take my dog to new groomers all the time and this is the best haircut we've ever had. We will be back!

I took my dog Zoe (4years old) she has been groomed 15+ times in the past 4 years. She always does great with the groomers and looks great. I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this location. Not only did they leave her haircut all uneven, they additionally did not trim her nails down. After heading home she was extremely upset and anxious. I am not sure what to think, my little Zoe is not the same. The groomer attempted to blame Zoe for her not being able to groom her correctly but she was not being honest. She was in a rush to get out. Despite all this I still paid, I don’t know what else to say. Please don’t use this grooming site. They are not professional or properly trained. Save your dog from the trauma.

Had a good experience here. I deliver freight to several PetSmart warehouses, while other PetSmart stores make me wait until the scheduled appointment, even if it means waiting 24 hrs, this one took me in right away and unloading was a breeze. PetSmart needs more people that actually want to do the work, instead of looking for "reasons" not to work.

Used to frequent grooming here but 2025 has been an awful year for my experiences with this store's grooming department. Gave them chance after chance, asked for a cut and grind for my dog, they started to barely trim the nails at all. Then the last 3 times I went it was "oh we are just super busy right now come back in 2-3 hours" I don't live in Amarillo. I can't just sit around and wait. The one time I decided to run errands and come back afterwards it was the same response "2-3 hours".
