Was very friendly and helpful in helping me find wat i Was needing for my new pup

Had to run in and grab a new cage for Stinker. Online order pickup. Went smooth, cashier was pleasant and helpful.

Pretty store. Fewer animals available for purchase than I expected but looked well and healthy. Employees friendly but scarce, certainly in no hurry to bring the pet out. They weren't busy with other customers just took their sweet time to go and get pets ready for purchase and transport. It was kind of like shopping at Sam's. Better off wandering to find it if u didn't want to wait til they were ready to assist. The products were of top quality though. It was mostly a good experience though.🦜

Today was a better experience than the last time I went in there. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The previous time (which was last Wednesday) one employee I approached went to answer her phone and then I couldn't ask my question. Then upon checking out the cashier could not hear me over her ear buds. She asked me to repeat myself multiple times. But ended up taking ear buds out. Employees should not be on their phones with customers in front of them!
