I bring my Great Dane here for regular grooming. They are always very accommodating, gentle and caring. He comes home looking and smelling wonderful.

Misty is a phenomenal manager!!! She helped me so much with purchasing a litter robot. I didn’t realize the box for this would be so big, so it didn’t fit in my car. She took the time to help me load it in and made sure I was safe in the parking lot the entire time. She was also very friendly and happy to help me; I cannot give her a higher commendation.

Great store with friendly staff. One suggestion: please open at 0900 instead of 1000 on Sundays. I am sitting in the parking lot at 0930 waiting for the store to open. Within a 10 minute period, I observed 3 people try to enter the store thinking it was open. While writing this, 2 more just showed up. Please consider this change in operational hours.

I placed an online order with PetSmart, and Debra went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She was efficient, friendly, and really took the time to make sure I was satisfied with what they had. No time wasted — just great customer service! Her management team was awesome too — very supportive and professional. I really appreciate the effort they all put in to make my experience a great one.

I showed up right before closing time in desperate need of large crickets for my chameleon. Even though it was late and they were about to close, Jonathan was very friendly, courteous and attentive, and helped me with the sense of urgency that no pet should be hungry. I’m very grateful for him and the other staff we’re all very friendly considering I caught them at the last minute. I will definitely return And refer my friends to this specific location because of everyone’s great Attitude Great job Everyone.
