PetSmart

My baby dog Bella always looks good after her grooming from Petsmart. She hates getting a bath, but I was told by the staff that she does great. Depending on the weather, I switch up her haircuts/hairstyles. I would definitely recommend Petsmart in Albemarle NC.

Do not recommend near the holidays. Bath and Trim booked. Sour attitude accusations of being more than 5 minutes late when bather was not in the room. Negative interaction of refusal that had to be transitioned to a different co worker to find another appointment because previous was too sorry to do so.

I paid an extra $35 dollars for my fur baby to have extra stuff done. He was supposed to have nails,wash,bandanna, ear cleaning, nose butter, paw pads softener, etc. It seems when I got him back only a wash and comb on his hair and that was it. Ears still nasty, dry nose, paw pads still rough. That girl did a half butt job. Chole was her name. Believe me I won’t be using her again.

Caleb did a wonderful job with my sweet baby. They are fast, thorough and understanding. My dog is very anxious but they were so kind and patient with her. I will most definitely be back.
