PetSmart

We got a guinea pig from this PetSmart, first off, this was the ONLY pet store I found with female guinea pigs. It's an hour drive but totally worth it! Our little girl clover is healthy and perfect! The girl who helped us (I believe her name is Harper) was very insightful and obviously knew what she was talking about, very helpful! Needless to say we will be purchasing clover a friend from here soon as well. Update: We came back and got Clover a friend, her name is Maple and she's such a sweet little thing! The girl who helped us was kind and helped us pick the perfect friend for our girl (didn't get her name unfortunately), she listened to Maple's breathing for me and answered any questions I had! Took my sweet 5 mo old puppy for her first full grooming. When we arrived did we screening and barking in the back. Intake was ok, i signed up for a $57 package of bath, brushing, nail clipping, and gland expression. 20 - 25 mins later i was called to pick her up stating she's freaking out and had pooped everywhere. When i got there to pick her up i was told i might want to put her in a kennel to get her accustomed to bring there and that when i brought her back it would be sn additionsl $15 for glsnd expression. My puppy was 1/2 dry from her bath and clearly traumatized. I paid $29 for her bath, and when we got in the car she was vomiting from stress. They didn't call to check on her, didn't apologize, at check out, just said you can go online to you tube and do diy grooming tutorials

a while back i had called for an adoption in which i was super excited only for that excitement to come to an end all due to a rude lady who had the worst attitude and interrogated me the whole time on call. All i wanted was to surprise my son with a cat but was not able to adopt due to the lack of respect and kindness of the rude employee claiming that i would not be able to care correctly for the cat and judging instantly. this was a horrible experience for me and my family. Petsmart please choose better employees with better attitudes!!!

Very knowledgeable staff! Helped me get my chameleon set up very nicely! Happy to report that he’s doing great!

this is how he went in and this is what i came back to and left with this is absolutely terrible and not only was he cut too low , he has cuts all over him and a big one on his neck. we won’t be back !!! if i could give ZERO starts i would.
