Great products, but I have found Petco beats them on most pricing. Grooming we do elsewhere for the same price but IMO Shane's grooming on hwy 78 in Windsor does a great job and have gotten to know my pets very well and my pets are less stressed afterwards. Not putting PetSmart down just a professional groomer is better for my fur babies. PetSmart does a good job on grooming but the groomers change all the time Shane's is family ran so it's better for me.

Young lady at register could be trained to more appropriately handle pet accidents. I pet did not make a mess, yet she not only blamed me and my animal also insisted I clean it. Which I did without a word in return even though it was not my mess. If you're are going to make the customer clean up (which they should after themselves and pets) then they should be trained to pay attention to the messes that are there.

I had the worst exp. I took my poodle to be groomed the groomer ( Molly) cut ALL of his hair off saying he was matted! Matted is hair stuck together he has curly brown hair that we brush. He’s been seen there before but not by this groomer. She ask us to come back and they would put my cocoa with another groomer , well they put him back with Molly ! She cut his tongue with the shears ! He bleeds when eating ! They took him to Arc animal hospital. He’s trying to heal . STAY AWAY from that place. I won’t be returning.

Amazing staff who will go above and beyond for your pets! Their knowledge is unmatched and their animals are well taken care of, especially compared to the local Petco.
