I booked a full haircut and bath for my toy poodle, Teddy, with Anika T. I couldn’t be satisfied with the experience I had! Anika did an exceptional job grooming Teddy and took her time throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated since he has a lot of hair and can be a bit challenging to groom. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the work she does! She was incredibly patient and gentle with Teddy, especially since he usually gets anxious while receiving a haircut/bath, but he did really well with Anika! The rest of the staff was very kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. I will definitely be booking my next visit with Anika again :)

Just bought my first fish tank in a while and was helped out by Crystal. She was awesome! Gave me amazing advice on plants and fish for the tank, helped me with supplies. It was a great experience from start to end.

I usually have a good experience here at Pet Smart. However, the last time I went and visited the store, there was a girl working there who was extremely rude and like she was following us and giving my kids a hard time when they were just pretty well behaved. And she didn't even give me a chance to like deal with em myself as a mom and it was just, it seemed so inappropriate to keep following us around and picking at little things. I didnt catch her name but she was East Indian. Just very rude and unprofessional. Again this was the only time I had a bad experience.

I’m reviewing the GROOMING department. We love our groomer, her name is Jaimie. Our two year old pup loves her and she keeps him clean and nails ground down every month. Thank you Jaimie for your consistent loving care!! We love you!

Its a very large store and mostly meets my needs....however they do run out of products and there are, quite often, blank spaces on the shelving at the Abbotsford location. Staff are mostly friendly but not super knowledgeable. As per most pet stores, prices are higher. Its nice that they have a rewards program though, to help offset those high prices.
