Worse place that you can hand over your dog. I use to bring my dog about year here once in a while at the hotel for 1-2 days once I travel and every time upon a pickup dog came dirty or totally wet. Previous time I saw that they started not liking my dog coming there for some reason "because there are working big pets lovers" haha. Anyway I brought today and I saw since we walked in they started acting disrespectful and once we checked in they started looking at the dog eyes whitch was red since he was born "hello it's a English bulldog 8 years old" but seems like they just made this to do not accept him stay. Big dissap during my travel I need to reschedule because of 3 month to month survival's named Jordan "menager" of the hotel and genious Melila and Omar" 👏🏼

This review is for this specific location - this review does not take my frustrations with the customer service reps into account. Two different corporate customer service reps misinformed me about two different things when I called to book then adjust the overnight booking for my pup. Unfortunately one could have ruined my dog's stay with them and the other caused me to cancel some of my plans for the afternoon. Amber, who I believe is the manager at this location, sympathized and accommodated us the best she could, so I left satisfied knowing Remi was in good hands.

They do not care if your dog can’t get vaccinated because of fatal medical reasons. They refused Doctor exemption note because dog could not get vaccinated. Dog was 15 years old and had already been vaccinated many times before. These employees are not educated in animal health, yet required strict regulations. Please do not support or take your dog here.

My puppy loves going here. I just hope that they are treating him well and having playtime along with other services I'm paying for. I'm not there to see what goes on.
