Petsense

This was my first time bringing my dog here. Lisel did an excellent job! I’m confident to say this is the best grooming place I’ve found so far in the area! ❤️ The products used for her coat and breath seemed high-quality, and she smells amazing! The trim was perfect, very meticulous and satisfying. Thank you so much! ☺️

Staff is always helpful. Lots of choices and they give you a free bag of food after you buy 10 the same size...the big box pet stores don't offer that as far as I know. That's why I buy here instead of Chewy or other local pet stores. They do grooming and have delivery service as well within a small area around the store that covers Bartow by 540A

We adopted our cat Matilda (prev Marbles) from SPCA and she was at this Petsense location. Despite me being in the store for well over an hour, Angela was very attentive, patient and friendly, and she also helped me gather everything I would need to make sure my new best friend would be happy and comfortable in her new home. I haven’t had a cat in years, so it was incredibly helpful to have someone like her there to help me out! I’m very grateful and our new friend has become a perfect addition to our family. Thank you so much Angela!!

Always a great experience. I am a new puppy mom and the manger she was so helpful gave us suggestions made my experience great to come back again!

Having a puppy is like having a baby!! I took little Lolo to get nails trim & mini grooming. When I tell you he is wild and hyper. It was like dropping my baby off at daycare 🙃🥰. They were great and they took time to explain better options for my puppy to help with future appts.
