They have nice things for your fur baby and I love to carry her and have her washed and toe nails trimmed.

Grooming Alert ⚠️ Don't do it. Made an appointment we show up and they are magically not in the system. I was then told "no worries I can squeeze them in". 6.5 hours later of being in a cage they were picked up with no haircuts and told to come back at 8:30am the following day and they would be ready by lunch. Dejavu.... dogs were dropped off and once again left in their cages for over 6 hours with no baths or haircuts. At 4:30 they started on my 2nd dog. They are not evenly cut and they did not get their nails clipped. If you are looking for unpleasant experience then this is the place for you. Save your dogs and your sanity and do not book here.

The ladies who work here are always the top in class for being helpful if need and just being the friendlies faces you will see all week. The store is always clean and tidy and when you walk in there are clear sections of where you need to go to find what you need. We love coming here and getting new toys for our cat, and seeing the new fish and lizards in stock. They have everything you could possibly need for starting something new with a new pet from great food brands to the best in wellness and décor for things like tanks. This is the only place we go now for our cat.
