Cannot recommend Joy and the grooming team here enough! I have such peace of mind everytime I drop my pup (just turned 1yo) off knowing that she’ll give him love and patience as he gets adjusted to the process. As a first-time dog owner, I am so grateful for Joy’s communication and updates after each visit, knowing that she truly cares about his behavioral growth. Which he has! He’s grown so much already within our first few visits and cooperates so much better, thanks to Joy! The overall store is great too - the staff is always the friendliest to us and our pup every time we come in.

Excellent customer service with Jeffrey & Jessica! Brought our new puppy in and they helped me find puppy appropriate chew toys and food. I always appreciate the warm greeting and the the warmness of this store!

Joy gave my puppy his first grooming years ago and we only go to her since! I don’t trust anyone else with my baby. She’s so sweet and she treats your dogs with love and respect.

Decided to try the grooming service here to see if our furbaby would do better with a new person cutting his nail. The groomer was great. She talked to us about how he was probably just hurt and traumatized at his usual place. He had a little bit of a rough time (think TikTok pug nail trim) but she insisted that everything was okay and that she would do him again anytime. We were so relieved and happy to find her and it meant a lot to us how great she was with our boy. I even got him anti-anxiety medication from the vet to give him for next time. Fast forward to today. I put in an appointment requests few days ago for a nail trim and file online and it was rejected. Okay, not a full groom appointment I figured, so I probably just need to call. I call and they transfer me to the groomer. Sh

I just found this place on Google while searching for a new place to groom my fur babies, and I decided to give it a try. Today, I visited for the second time, and I couldn't be happier taking my girls here. Joy the groomer is incredibly sweet and kind, and she is wonderful with my girls. My Frenchie had never been groomed before, but Joy made me feel comfortable and reassured me that she would be fine. She even provided a chair for me to sit in and watch my girls get groomed. My Frenchie and my Lab/Pit mix both love her as well. The care, love, and kindness Joy shows to me and my girls are the reasons we will keep coming back.
