First this is my first Google review in years. I understand that places have good days and bad days.... I've never wanted to take an experience and write something that could effect a business in a negative way but my experience today is worth taking the time to write a review. I had a grooming appointment for my golden I've had 3 other visits that have all gone well. Today my pup was seeing someone new (which I scheduled with the girl I saw last visit.... Was told today unless I request specifically they can move you to different groomers-ok understand). I got there a few early to pick up my dog I walked around the store, paid, and told the kid at the front too not rush... I just didn't want to go home and then turn right around to come pick her up. Amy did an amazing job grooming Archie. He looks great and smells awesome!

Groomer Amy was very nice and listened to my needs and had great suggestions of her own for my older dogs appointment. The golden gets very nervous and she was very gentle with him. The bathing and de-shedding made both dogs fur beautiful and smelled wonderful. The fur trim and nails were impeccable. Thank you! I will be back again.

Folks, this place is amazing. Amanda and her team greeted me today with open arms and big smiles. Can’t express the gratitude that I have for people who just are just genuinely nice. I am new to the area and my Luna wiggled her way over to all of them and I needed help to just get my dog to relax a bit and take her to potty. We are in a new area and for my dog and myself, it is a big change. They saw the sadness in my face and helped me right away to walk with me outside and also gave me a nice treat bag for Luna. I have not experienced kindness like this in a long time. They are so friendly and just made me and Luna feel safe. Thank you Amanda and her team. Brought my dog here for grooming a few times and had a different groomer each time. They're all very good, and the business is efficient in booking. They also have a huge selection of dog stuff so I can stock up each time I stop in for a grooming appointment. Charlie likes it too, just look at that smile.
