I was only running in for one bag of cat food, but the lady there helped me get coupons that was available to me and save some money. She was very helpful and kind. Store always looks clean and tidy
We have a very anxious and excitable pup and Abigail did a PHENOMENAL job grooming him. After some howling, an accident in the store, and general nervous puppy chaos, I still left feeling well cared for. The staff at this store are above and beyond phenomenal.
This place is great, clean, and welcoming. It was easy spending $60 on pet treats!! The kitties are friendly and they are from Bartholomew county humane society!! We met with our dog trainer to work on socializing George!! The last picture is George at my store, not Petsense. Lol
Just wished they had more crab stuff to buy because honestly I would buy it there it's closer for me than Columbus area. But I would love to see more and shells as well and other things for them.
Amazing service,and care. Good prices and good quality pet treats with a clean nice atmosphere
