Petsense by Tractor Supply

My family enjoyed our experience at this store. There was an event going on the day that we went! We interacted with a lot of the vendors outside. Once we were inside we were not disappointed. We were met with a happy and warm welcome by the employees. We asked lots of questions about the cats and other animals. The employees were really informative and answered every question we had. We did not make a purchase at this time but will be returning when we decide on the right pet for our family.

Place is very clean and it's pretty quiet despite having a number of customers. I stayed inside while waiting to get picked up, was keeping this little one company. Never caught their name, but loved seeing them get the zoomies!

My adult daughter's dog injured herself and was healing nicely when her wound started itching because it was healing. Fool dog then scratched it open to point it has to start healing from scratch. Needed a cone to prevent access. Since my daughter was still working she asked if I'd call and see if Pet Sense had one. My daughter was thrilled to know they carried what she needed. Only problem was we live 20 minutes away just outside Gaston and store closed in 15 minutes. So I called to see if I could pay over the phone to purchase a cone before they closed and see if maybe someone would be willing to wait 5 minutes after closing for us to get there and pick it up. I spoke with Diane and she said they'd prefer not to do transaction over phone, but would wait so we could get a cone. Super nic

I don't like having to provide my phone number to purchase products. I refused and the employee remained calm and the transaction was completed without incident.

Customer service was excellent. They did not have no kittens for adoption today. But she informed us Some would be coming soon. We will check back. We previously a year and a 1 ago adopted a kitten here. We love this store and the people that run it.Thank you
