We have been using them since they opened up the grooming department for both of our dogs. When they first opened, they were really great, and affordable. However, their prices have increased significantly every time we have used them in the past year by at least $30 each time, and the quality of their services has decreased. On our last visit, they shaved my dog’s legs and cut him(we only have the dogs bathed, brushed, and dried), and it cost us $110, when it had been $80 previously. But, we decided to give them another chance because we had good luck in the past. This time, they didn’t shave his legs, which is good, but they also didn’t brush them well or dry them. Worst grooming experience we’ve ever had. Not cat friendly. Went in for a scheduled 45 minute grooming for our cat. She has stage 3 kidney disease so we wanted to get her groomed up to help make her as comfortable as possible, which we told the groomers. They asked if she liked dogs, we said no. Came back 30 minutes later to find that she was in her carrier, hadn’t been worked on at all, and that she was low down on the ground where dogs were running by her. Our cat looked severely distressed and panicked. When we went in they told us the groomer had taken a break and was offsite and that it’d be another 30-60 minutes. This store is well organized and there is something for any pet you have. Tractor Supply recently aquired them so I hope to see more wholesale options. I would love to shop here all the time. Prices are mostly fair. And competitive with Amazon. The two gentleman in the shop were kind, helpful and knowledgeable about products. And my cat found a new bed! Do not take your pet here for grooming. Our usual groomer had an emergency and had to miss our Monday appointment. I didn’t expect to find a groomer who could take my dog on such notice, especially since it’s right before Christmas. I thought I got lucky when there was an opening at Petsense yesterday morning. I booked him for a bath and a trim (nothing fancy - just down to about 1” all around), and a nail trim. When I went in to pick him up, the groomer said that he’d been really well-behaved and cooperative (the same feedback I get from every groomer and vet). He came running out and I noticed that his coat was unevenly trimmed. I didn’t raise a fuss over it because although it’s a little annoying to pay for a bad trim, I also know it’s going to grow out fast. Besides, trimming his coat
