I am absolutely thrilled with the grooming quality I recently received on my 3 English Springer Spaniels! One of my Springers is elderly and the groomer, Delaney, was so gentle with her and my senior Springer left her appointment so calm and looking great! And one of my other Springers is a young puppy, which can be difficult. But, he too, finished his appointment calm and looking so good! I'm excited to have found such a great grooming experience for my dogs and they will be back on a regular schedule!

Very friendly and very clean. Staff seems knowledgeable. I checked grooming prices for my husky and they were very reasonable even with all the extras. They also have a dog trainer. They have fish, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, snakes, spiders, geckos, bearded dragons, and cats, but the cats are from Cenla Cat Project so you have to go through that agency and not the store if you want to adopt, but it's cool you can meet the cats at the store first. No dogs, but they have adoption events with local rescue groups. Pretty cool store.

Nice and quiet pet store, good for nervous pets. They have a ton of pet treats and good quality food. They even had a good amount marked down 20-40% on clearance. I brought my babygirl in for a bath/trim, and it was $59 (she's a medium sized Doodle). Nyasha was great with her, we will definitely be back! ♥️😁

Nyesha groomed our girl and did an amazing job. She took her time and made sure our girl was comfortable and well taken care of. My girls type of hair is hard to groom but Nyesha did amazing. We will def be back.

i walked in on Monday august 4th to get my baby-girls nails trimmed and cut because they've gotten so long . the check in process was great , but the service the groomer provided to my mini schnauzer was NOT. the whole time , i watched my dog pull back from her and bark/cry the entire time . the groomer comes out to tell me she cannot finish serving my dog because it was becoming a safety hazard and that she cut one of her 'quick' . i immediately ask for a refund instead of telling her i was going to sue for hurting my dog & not doing her job properly she stated to me that she had her own mini schnauzer at home . therefore , if she knows/knew that she was incapable of doing the job ALONE , she should've referred me to go somewhere else .. that was very unprofessional of her . i will NO
