Petsense by Tractor Supply

My dog and I both enjoy visiting this store. The friendly awesome staff always go out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued as a customer. I was pleased with their grooming services as well. The store manager Cindy is outstanding and truly cares about her customers and employees. They special ordered in wet food for Holly and set some aside to ensure it was available for her. Just nice people who really care about their canines & clients.

UPDATE: We returned today for our refund and were told a different story. The person we talked to today said their "system was messed up yesterday" (like it hasn't been messed up for literal weeks) and we could just cancel our order to get the refund. Wasted our time. Wasted two trips to the store. And they still can't have correct inventory count so that what the website says is available actually is. Additionally, there is NO option to cancel the order so it’s still pending in my account. If it goes through and doesn’t fall off, I’ll file fraud charges with my bank. At this point, this is theft. We took our rescue dog, Po, in today for grooming! They did an amazing job!!!! We are thankful for how they treated and took care of our sweet boy❤️

This is a great little spot for pet supplies, or to adopt a new friend. You can tell that every associate cares about animals.

I went in 30 mins or so before closing and instead of being greeted with any kind attitude (like most places would treat last minute shoppers), I received the best and most helpful customer service I've had in quite awhile. The lady that helped me was knowledgeable which is exactly what I needed to help my cat boy Czernobog! I was able to buy the things needed on a budget to help with my cats UTI until I can get him to a vet. Thank you for the wonderful help and it really was great to shop somewhere that actually cares and has knowledge of such things as a cats uti!
