If you need your dog groomed, this is the place! My 15 1/2 year old mini-dachshund needed her nails cut and filed. Whitney and another employee did a fantastic job. They were patient and efficient, and my fur baby’s nails looks great! Thank you!

On 12/20 took my siberian husky for a bath, nails trimmed, trim around her private area not a grooming just a trim up on her belly. I know these type of fur babies do not get a full grooming. I am now trying to get her in some where else all she has been doing is clawing and chewing on her self. I don't really think they gave her a bath. This is horrible. I paid over 100.00 for NOTHING but causing misery to my pup. Was told I would get 20% off anything in store after she was picked up again that was not true. Staff is not that friendly either Update it took my fur baby to another groomer today you had her 12/20/2025 paid 111.00 for NOTHING. She is home and finely rest. Hello, I went to this store on 10/27/23 to get my puppy groomed. I have been here before, but the result was never this bad. I paid for a full service groom, including a bath. I asked them to go shorter but not down to the skin. They assured me that it would not be fully down to the skin. The pictures below say otherwise. I am in disbelief because they always tell me that my 9 month old puppy is to squirmy for one person to do her. I find it hard to believe that after I picked her up, I called to speak with a manager and was transferred to grooming when I asked what happened and why she was so short and chopped . I requested that the staff hold a few items at the register so she could easily collect and pay for them upon her arrival, which would only be a short 10-minute drive. Unfortunately, the attendant informed me that they could not accommodate my request due to corporate policy, stating that they were unable to "hold" merchandise at all. I explained that this was simply to make it easier for my mother to navigate the store without having to search for items in unfamiliar aisles.
