Held our dog for randsom.... long haired German shepherd taken in for wash, cut and nails. Told the groomer twice to cut the mats out of her fur and they said ok. 2.3 hours later had to fight to get my dog back. The groomer told me that they were instead, working out the mats and it would cost an extra $6 per minute. Again I said I wanted them cut out.... had to blow up and make a scene in the store to get my dog back and they so kindly offered 40% off the cuts.... 40% off when the hair is cut shorter than the mats and only 25% of my dog was cut, soap still heavy in fur and my dog is terrified. DONT PUT YOUR DOG THROUGH THIS!!!

Nice, clean, well stocked with numerous different varieties of food & treats for dogs, cats, & any other pets you may have! Employees were very helpful with any questions I had about different food choices! I got what I needed quickly and check out was Quick, as well! Definitely Recommend if you need Any pet supplies, Grooming, etc.

Leah is the BEST!! She always knows exactly what to do for my Dog! She makes her look absolutely amazing every time!

This place is nice, but some of the stuff is pricy and they don't have much for cats when it comes to toys, carriers, even food dishes. However, they always have cats in the store for adoption They do have a lot more things for dogs though.

Won’t be back. I’ve always worked with the groomer Alexis who is amazing with my dog, I had an appt with her today which I showed up for and was expecting to see Alexis. I didn’t see her and asked if my dog was still with her which then they said “oh she’s not with us anymore” which makes me wonder if they were even going to tell me if I hadn’t have asked. Then whoever groomed my dog left her nails looking horrible. They don’t look filed at all, and there’s pieces hanging off from the nail like she didn’t even bother to make sure they looked good. Will not be coming back after not being told I’d be with a new person and whoever worked on my dog ( think her name was maybe Hailey?) not doing the best job.
