The guy working greeted us as soon as we walked in! Super nice guy and very helpful. We were in and out of the store quickly due to his knowledge of products and helpfulness. I wish I had gotten his name.

We never find what we are looking for there, but I wanted to comment about the grooming. They said they knew how to groom our breed of dog but they did not. They shaved places that should have been only lightly shaped and just did not do a good job at all. However, on the good side, they were very sweet and good to our pup and did not traumatize the dog. That’s a big plus. So I’m rating a 3 instead of a zero. I hope the groomers get some better training. It’s probably not their fault they don’t know what to do. I’m sure they did the best they knew.

Had two dogs groomed by an employee, got home and noticed both dogs still had matted fur on their faces and they're feet were not finished. Called the store the next day assistant manager asked us to bring the dogs back. The groomer on duty said it would be June before they could schedule them back she would need 45. minutes per dog to fix the grooming. It felt like she had no interest in helping us. I was charged $190 for both dogs and was quoted $72 per dog over the phone

No customer service just one employee on floor.was going to buy goldfish but tanks they was in was dirty and dead fish already in tank.the overall store and service is a disaster
