Today my wife and I ordered our dog food online and paid for it online like we always do. That was around 4 pm. I got to the store (without her) between 4:20-4:30 pm and the order wasn’t ready but that was ok. I didn’t mind waiting. In the mean time, I paid for the things we asked them to hold. When my order was ready the cashier (Maxwell) rung me up. Confused, I started calling my wife just to double check that it was paid for. Once I confirmed with her, the cashier loudly exclaims (in front of a few people might I add) that the order isn’t paid for. When I explained to him that I just double checked on my end, he shook his head to disagree and in the middle of me asking my wife for her receipt he THEN chose to walk away and check with who I assume to be his manager. I always used to come here. Andrew used to do my babies hair cut. But this time my unfortunate, they cut her hair to the skin. Made my baby beauty, ugly! Uneven harlir cut on head too. This time Jade dod the hair cut. If you get her dont take her. She is lazy. Please keep people who like dogs and ready to love them. My furball looks like ugly now . So pathetic. Negative review for Jade. She made Petsense Lake wylie a disappointing location. Please avoid these type of people from your location. It looks like she moved from Pet smart looking for easy job. We hate what she made on my baby. I will share my before baby and after baby pictures. First two before, last one after. She used to go for photo shoots. Now, specially for Christmas. They did this. I am extremely disturbed by my experience with the grooming services at this Petsense location. After leaving the store, a former customer approached us and told us she witnessed a male groomer grabbing my dog, Rio, very hard by the jaw while grooming him. She said Rio was screaming and crying and told me, “If I were you, I would not take my dog there again.” Although I did not personally witness the incident, hearing this from someone who observed it firsthand is deeply concerning. No pet should ever be handled in a way that causes fear or pain. This experience has completely broken my trust in this location’s grooming services. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews camera footage, and ensures animals are treated with care and respect. I would strongly caution other pet owne

The grooming dept was amazing with us last weekend, we had an emergency situation and they were absolutely so kind, helpful and knowledgeable! They did an excellent job and I am so thankful! I added some before and after pics of the sweet pup they helped! Thanks again!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They will price match legitimate ads. They allowed adoption events in front of the store for animal shelters.
