I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the grooming services recently provided at your facility. My dog was completely shaved, purportedly due to severe matting, which I believe was inaccurately assessed. Furthermore, I was subjected to an unnecessary and lengthy debate regarding my dog's weight, which I found unprofessional and disconcerting. The level of care my pet received was unacceptable, and the subsequent customer service has been equally unsatisfactory. Despite speaking with the on-duty manager, I was directed to contact Michelle, who, after an initial conversation, failed to follow up as promised. Pet Sence in Villa Rica, Pet Sence on@ 606 Villa Rica Hwy! You can’t complain to a person so I will continue to post about the bad service. Everything has to be done on Social Media. I booked in advance and they still didn’t honor my appointment. I was told to come back today. I call and spoke to Michelle the manager and she told me the groomers works on commission and could not wait for me. I guess the commission from me wasn’t enough. They were trying to make me use a groomer that I specifically told him I didn’t want to use. They tired both days. The guy rude had my Chi in chokehold and muzzle without even asking me if he was aggressive. My fur baby was hanging 😑 Unhappy Ex-Customer

Me and my sister went here today. My sister wanted to purchase a king snake the lady refused to open its enclosure and let her purchase it. The staff is very rude I’d highly recommend going to PetSmart or Petco instead.

Staff is super nice but I was recently sold an opened/tampered container of cat litter. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED as I paid $16 (2x the NORMAL cost, always $10-11 ANYWHERE ELSE) and the lid was halfway screwed on. The litter is filled lower than where the label is and that is not the normal amount - I should know as I have two cats and have been buying this litter forever. I have been given zero solution.

Had my dog groomed. I don’t know the gentleman's name that groomed him but he did an amazing job. Best haircut he’s ever had. In all my years of having a Yorkie groomed this is the only place other than a place in Texas that I used to take my dog to. Thank you for an awesome job.
