They welcomed my dogs without hesitation. Mrs Lori did absolutely fantastic on my German Shepherd, Maverick. They definitely put Petsmart to shame The store is clean. It’s very well put together the workers. There are very nice. The groomers there are very nice and they’re very understanding and they take time to get to know your dog. Highly recommend this place.

Will always recommend anyone to Madi to get their dog groomed! She is very friendly, professional and actually cares for our dogs like they’re her own.

I have been taking my dog Lola. To pet scense in High Springs. Since the day they opened now they are short two groomers, which is making it almost impossible to get an appointment. I have had a standing appointment every other Tuesday at 9 AM. Since that day they opened now I have to make an appointment 2 weeks on a Thursday at 1 o'clock. Which is very inconvenient. They need to hire some groomers to get it together. I noticed, I didn't get the confirmation email on Lola's next appointment so I went to the store. There wasn't any groomers there plus I had to wait an extra 2 weeks to make an a different appointment on Thursday. I guess customer loyalty doesn't mean much anymore.

Brought my mini schnauzer puppy for grooming to Angie and she did an exceptional job! I had taken him to Wash Your Paws in Lake City for his first grooming and they said he was horrible and they had never had a puppy so difficult. I was nervous bringing him to another groomer but Angie reassured me and said she’d love to work with him. He looked so good and was just the way I wanted him. He was nervous about having his ears done and she didn’t push it with him which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Petsense.

Sure is a lot of haters on here. Every time I have been to this store it is clean and friendly. The doggie detail shop is always clean and they do their best to squeeze my dog in. Go on by and get what you need. They might not be the cheapest but is that what you really want?
