Petsense by Tractor Supply

Purchased this little guy from Petsence when he was only a couple months old... I've been coming back since purchasing crickets every week! Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable! They have even been there over the phone for me when I had questions! Also went above and beyond trying to help me upgrade Mclovins cage a year after getting him!

I went to go buy some green worms for my roommates pet and almost all of them were dead.

Awesome selections, price match guaranteed on products through *most* websites! Service is awesome. The manager has a lot to do and she is constantly working so hard. I know some days must be a lot, but she is always willing to work with us and has such a nice personality. The other workers are so friendly and knowledgeable as well. Some workers are just as excited when I find a good price match as I am! Most times, if I have a question about a pet, someone can assist with some good feedback. I just hope corporate knows what a gem they have in the Hays store, as the place is ran very well by a very efficient team! 😊 We plan on doing business here for a long time!

Usually have no issue, but the last couple of times I’ve put in a pickup order and the workers had 0 idea what they were doing. Both times the worker has “had to call their manager” and then disappeared into the back for 5-10 minutes leaving me standing there for 15 minutes total.
