Took my golden retriever here today to be groomed for the first time. I told them she hadn’t been groomed before and she might be scared because she’s a rather timid dog. They assured us they would take their time with her and make her comfortable. She turned out perfect! They did such a good job with her and my dog didn’t act upset or anything when we picked her up. They even put little bows on her! We will be back.

Such a great staff. It was Christmas 🎄 eve, and only 2 people working. Those 2 were on top of everything, greating and helping as fast as they could. But still taking the time to explain everything we needed to know. Now we're headed back this morning to pick up the other sister. We now will have 2 guinea pigs. Disappointed with scheduling, website is misleading, booked a appointment with them the day prior. Got the confirmation and all that. Get a text 15min before my appointment telling me they cant do it. So apparently when u book a appointment there your just requesting a time to try and maybe get in not like every other place in the world where u book a appointment and u show up at ur set time for the services u "booked". Imagine booking a hotel and half way there they say your rooms not available is there any other day you would like to stay? Lol hard pass. So if u decide to try em out make sure to book way in advanced because the website let's you book and confirm even though the schedule is full but it doesn't tell you then call them and confirm. I just booked a appointment with another g

Best pet store in georgetown and honestly I prefer it over most if not all lex pet store locations as well, the employees r always super kind and helpful
