I took my Goldendoodle to be groomed after a long winter- he was over grown, stinky and totally needed a makeover. Avery did a wonderful job all around! I just booked my second upkeep appointment with her and I’m looking forward to my pup getting pampered again!

First appointment: My tea cup yorki has a small cut behind her ear from scratching. I let the employee know at drop off and she said she could not take the dog due to an open wound. That they used harsh chemical in back. I told her it was not open, it happened a few days ago and I was requesting a bath with soap and water. She declined appointment and said I could come back the next day!!! Confused, with no argument I said I would have to check my schedule and left. When I arrived home 5 mins later I received a text to rebook. My husband stated guess we will try somewhere else and I said I would try again with this groomer. Trying to be understanding to the store policy, “no open wounds”. I then requested an appointment for 3 days later and was declined, received text that said… Unfortuna

I have four dogs who have been to this location numerous times for grooming and nail trims. Every time I pick them up, they always talk about how great they are and how easy they are. They have never brought up a problem until today. With their online scheduling the last two times has proved to be a big problem. All of a sudden my dogs have notes on their accounts that they have to be a quick groom service because they either are too scared or refuse to go in a crate or aggressive. My dogs are used to getting a bath on a regular basis usually about every 2 to 3 weeks that I do at home, but unfortunately, I’ve had some weekends where I am too busy to do so so I scheduled for this weekend and all of a sudden there are notes in my dogs account stating that they’re too scared to go in a crate

Perfect store for grabbing our pets needs. Friendly helpful staff. Has grooming services I’ve seen other use. Love having a pet store close by!
