The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I’m glad to see how high the ratings are. I did see that the groomers are underpaid (listed wage when inquired at Google), so to keep them motivated I will present them with a tip every time. They are friendly and careful, certainly deserving.

Awesome pet store! The staff were incredibly friendly and found some great gifts for our pets. We were waiting for food next door, so we spent time checking out the animals. Vlad, the Russian tortoise, was enjoying some delicious food. Watch his video clip to the end because he goes ham on some lettuce.

Excellent store and grooming salon . Staff are friendly and helpful . Groomer handled my ornery female Great Pyrenese with ease and made her pretty and happy . I was especially grateful for the nail trim which other groomers at other shops had problems with .
