Awful customer service. The female manager at this location needs several lessons in customer service. Upon entering the establishment, she was visibly distraught. Upon approaching the counter, I asked her if everything was okay because she was so visibly distraught. She replied that she was dealing with problems with her kids. We've all got issues outside of the workplace, most of us don't bring him to work with us. I explained to her that everybody's got problems and you probably shouldn't bring him into work with you. Her tone was nasty the rest of the experience and after she was talking to the employee that was there, the employee gave me a dirty look as well. Was in this store a couple of weeks ago with my grand dog. He ended up peeing on some of the displays which I was mortified about , but they were pretty cool about it. I bought some things and after I had checked out I remembered I needed some shampoo, but I was already feeling pressured to get out the door asap so he wouldn't pee on anything else. The blonde haired employee or manager grabbed me a shampoo she said, was her favorite. I wondered why it didn't have any outer plastic shrink wrap nor any sealing underneath the top and why there was shampoo on the outside of the bottle , but I didn't have time to ask about that or to have them exchange it for another bottle. Hi everyone well I’m coming on here to say petsense grooming is so wonderful my pup Natasha is so beautiful but she gets dirty. lol what dog doesn’t. I all take my daughter’s pup there as well and I’m going to share photos with all. This is what the wonderful ladies at the grooming department can do. Plus there is never a time I walk in or out mad or disappointed we walk in with a smile and out. And I’m in there weekly and the consistency is wonderful for Natasha cause she knows her friend Dani and she loves her. Thank you Dani you’re such an amazing woman.

Ashlynn & Dani in grooming are just the best! I’ve been bringing my little guy, Rumi, to them for the last 3+ years and they take such good care of him every time. He loves going to see them! A few months back, Rumi had broken a nail by accident. It was on a weekend & none of the vets in town were open - I was so lucky to have them squeeze me in to get him fixed up before we could get to the vet so that he wasn’t in so much pain. Even then, he was so calm with them. Thank you always, Ashlynn & Dani. Rumi & I appreciate you guys from the bottom of our hearts! 🐾🤍
