Nothing against the store or workers BUT THE UPPER MANAGEMENT !! They forced the workers to open the store today in unsafe road conditions that even the District Manager (who made them open the store) wouldn’t drive in! Cops are advising that no one be on the roads in this area. TSC apparently has no regard for their workers LIVES !! Unacceptable! It is a pet store, no one needs dog food or toys THAT BAD! I’ve been shopping and having my dogs groomed here for years, and all the workers are wonderful people who do not deserve to have their LIVES put in jeopardy because corporate doesn’t want to lose a couple dollars. 😡

Absolutely no remorse or compassion from management here. Couldn’t believe it when I saw a store open during the freeze to find out management made their workers drive in under unsafe conditions while they stayed home because of those same conditions! It takes a hypocritical heartless person to put others safety at risk while staying nice and warm in their own house.

I have an appointment every time we bring our dog here for grooming …. I takes way too long for them to groom one dog. All groomers standing around playing with their phones laughing and giggling, not working!!!!! U go in after 4 hours and question them ( and of course they are all about 20 years old) and they want to get pissy with me for having to wait so long!!! This place is a joke and will never bring another animal here for any reason!!!!! And they way over book their day expecting people to not get upset after waiting all day even with the appointment!!!!! Horrible service and work ethic

We use the grooming services to have our chugs nails trimmed. They do an excellent job and charge a very fair price!

This place is excellent. You can find nearly everything you need. They do grooming and have days where vets come in. Staff is always friendly and attentive. The store is clean, well stocked and very spacious. They feature some pets (usually cats) that can be adopted through application from Cleburne Animal Shelter. You can get pet tags here as well. The prices are a bit higher but you do have premium items and shopping experience. Great place to even just stop by and look around...but if you have a pet you will probably pick something up :).
