Melissa is the only groomer I truly trust. She’s supportive, flexible, and incredibly passionate about her work. She treats Bronco as if he were her own and always takes the time to listen, give feedback, and share any concerns. I appreciate that she books one-on-one appointments, so there’s never a wait or a crowded shop. Her professionalism, experience, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. The shop is always clean, welcoming, and safe. I couldn’t ask for better care for Bronco. I truly appreciate you MELISSA!!

Melissa provided a comfortable and affectionate first grooming experience for our puppy. She had a chat about what we wanted and delivered. Will definitely be back, very pleased.

The staff are ALWAYS great. Like ALWAYS! I go there for the fish which they really don't have many of BUT the staff always make it worth the trip

Update: Surprise surprise They replied to me once I dropped it down to one star. But my five star glowing review was ignored for years...*update end* I love how every single review even the most basic one has a really nice response from the company. However I was literally one of the second or third people to review this place and left such a long detailed and glowing review and I wasn't worth a response. So I'm going to drop it down to one star and see if they notice that. It never feels good to feel unappreciated. I visited Petsense a little bit after they first opened, and took my beautiful furgirl shopping. They have everything your furkid could want treat wise, and the options are all very healthy and great quality brands. Prices are competitive and they also sell Zak and Zoey cloth

Melissa was awesome! She gave my puppy his first bath and hair trim. She was so knowledgeable, and gave me a great food recommendation, for my pup. It really meant a lot to me that she wanted to know about him. Melissa you are amazing, and so kind! The minute I walked in to the minute I checked out. It was a 10 out of 10 experience.
