We take our dog to get groomed here. The staff is really nice and our dog is always excited to see them. She is a larger pup, 95lbs. They do an excellent job and shes always dry & smells good.

Consistent bad experience. Won’t take proper care of the live animals they sell, aren’t open to any recommendations for basic needs, I’ve spoken with sales assistants (Melissa), the non caring store manager (blonde with glasses) , the district manager Victor, and customer service multiple times. I’ve now been “banned” from buying betta fish because I wasn’t afraid to ask for a discount for their sick fish, which I have bought and brought home to help cure their sickness (fin rot, torn fins, no tails, etc). I have purchased four, three at full price. They decided what and when works for them. They’re tired of hearing from me and told me tonight “we can’t sell you any more fish” Edit to add: they leave a typical, no care type response in here. Place is convenient for us, but the prices are 2x the amount of other pet stores. 25 dubia roaches for 14.99 or 15.99 is high compared. Crickets advertised Large for .17 each when they are really not large more so smalls. Please look into it as we would do all our shopping there but not at that price.

They were very professional and took their time with my 2 puppies. The quickness of the shots didn't even seem to bother my pups. Thank up

Good selection of treats and food. Clean and staff is friendly. Higher than a bootlegger on Sunday. Owned by TSC but charge considerably more for the same products
